The project involved the careful restoration and conversion of a dilapidated Grade 2 listed early nineteenth century textile mill that was once the original premises for Wadworth Brewery into apartments and 2 houses. The design retains and incorporates the character features of the existing building where possible.

In addition, 4 contemporary new-build 3 bedroom townhouses replace an open fronted storage building.

PKA Architects provided a full architectural service and worked closely with the client, Local Authority Planning Officer and Structural! Engineer throughout the design process.
